  1. Your software is a bloated ridiculous waste of space. It has caused problems over and over over again with my Trinity Mouse. Requires a one thousand thousand restarts, ever updating.. I just desire a mouse to piece of work and this software has junked my mouse 2x in 5 months. I had to google how y'all guys corrupted my mouse again so fix information technology by destroying profiles, uninstalling your insane bloatware, or taking parts off and put them back on again.

    You lot realize this software is ruining your usability and reliability right? I was a Razer fan now for a decade. Your headphones lasted forever and I beloved them. I will never once again buy anything from this company that requires your SYNAPSE bloatware.

    Did you guys hire the iTunes guys and ask how to bloat and corrupt software across platforms? Fire this software squad... they are ruining practiced hardware.

  2. Synapse isn't bloatware and ITunes has besides tons event, utilise that for a decade. From my feel I would only update those softwares when I need to update, when no bug whatsoever I wouldn't. I've 4 mice i keyboards and 3 system they're running fine sometimes information technology may problems like doesn't load profile but it's rarely and hands to handle.

  4. I certainly agree that Razer Software is resources hogging (check task director) and consumes a lot of internet bandwidth. When I keep my Razer Synapse 3 running in background, my csgo ping is loftier and unstable although I checked there are no updates. Also, the my Razer Tiamat 7.1v2 is still not integrated into Synapse 3 which means in club to apply information technology at its maximum potential, I need to install Synapse 2.0 which is resource hogging on my i5 gtx1050 laptop as they run unlike modules. Until now although that piece of hardware is expensive, but I don't employ it and kinda regret of getting it, ordinary Razer Kraken is so much better in terms of finding ear absorber replacement and audio jack compatibility and most importantly, it uses Synapse 3. Speaking of all these, I don't know why Razer customer support is very tedious these days, it has been ii days I requested for support, previously they replied to just later a day.

  6. I talked with only my experience as preference, idk how Corsair does and how good they're since I don't have any. I employ Synapse showtime on Razer Border (2013) and iTunes on mac Organisation peradventure from MacBook Pro (2012) and I mentioned their downside every bit well. No intend protecting Razer. I use also Synapse mostly on Razer system and can ostend it'due south not a bloatware. Never feel it make slow my system even on almost 5 years system, and bug is something that comes with any software.

    Apologies merely you lot cannot compare Synapse and Itune. It is like comparing tires and bananas.

    I experienced mouse disconnection and freezing in PvP game due to bad contact with the Diamondback USB cable. I had same upshot with the Razer Orochie. Even the Orb Weaver is losing the Key customized consignment in R6 Siege when Synapses bugs.
    I fifty-fifty tried to purchase a new Razer Diamondback mouse, same equally the previous i simply more recent and used another USB port on the automobile

    Diamondbacks was my first Razer mouse, never had issues you're facing, mayhap your USB ports? I don't utilize it anymore though since now my main is lanchead. Orochi, that thing is even awesome as my portable mouse I recall since 2016 I've it the last model one, never disappoints me on both Bluetooth and wired connectedness peradventure your wireless connection lol.

    That possibly works with younger and less experienced profiles on this forum, but not with experienced users.

    I don't spend time on this forum (the Razer ane) for that very same reason. We cannot discuss Razer falls hither. it is but for Razer Fans and nigh "Razer Make" and well-nigh how "Razer is the best".

    Oh and for the records, I don't keep Reddit forum, never been there, but as an IT Managing director, I know how to identify if a software was poorly developed or if information technology is poorly supported, if issues are coming from blueprint or from how it is used.

    Y'all sympathise this tread is not about Razer mice, merely about Razer Synapse bug and bugs, potentially bugging with mice from other brands?

  16. UPDATE: Razer support contacted me (used ii days okay, slower than previous support but meliorate than none, but trouble non fixed ==, please don't get in another two days I have to wait for the reply)

    By the way, I would say bloatware isn't actually suitable to describe Razer Synapse. Instead, unoptimized is more suitable, just similar playing Assasins Creed Unity previously on GTX 1080 graphic card but get xxx-40 fps (earlier Ubisoft optimized information technology by patch).

    I gotta acknowledge Razer Synapse has improved over time but the problem is the improvement made was too tiresome.

    Razer was known for best chroma system (specially hardware (bright RGB)), and their good looking blueprint. Therefore, bringing new line and designed products such as mercury and quartz can generate more than income by attracting more buyers. More income means more R&D for both hardware and software. So clearly, if Razer wanna prioritize that instead of software which mostly serve existing customers, I would stand in line with Razer for this role.

    Yet, I agree with you that Razer need to button the Razer software developer team to buckle upwardly and ameliorate information technology more than.

    Firstly, add all the Razer hardware to allow it to exist controlled by a single software, Razer Synapse iii and remove back up for Razer Synapse two.
